Fortune specializes in the design, fabrication, galvanization, and installation of module mounting structures. Our structures are engineered to optimize weight (kg/watt), ensuring efficient delivery and swift installation.

Designed in compliance with MNRE standards, our products are built to withstand appropriate wind loads and are guaranteed to last for a minimum of 25 years. To enhance durability, all fabricated structures undergo hot-dip galvanization, with coating thickness ranging from 80 to 120 microns, tailored to the corrosion levels of the project site.

Rooftop solar structures are an ideal solution for urban environments and large industrial estates where ground space is limited. Fortune offers expertly designed, lightweight, and cost-effective mounting structures that ensure easy installation without compromising the integrity of the roof.

Fortune's solar mounting solutions showcase exceptional adaptability through its innovative seasonal tilt system. This cost-effective alternative to solar trackers allows for adjustable tilt angles, optimizing incident solar irradiation and maximizing annual energy output. Designed for efficiency and ease of use, it ensures superior performance without the complexity of tracking systems.

Fortune provides high-quality module mounting clamps (mid clamps and end clamps) crafted from galvanized mild steel (MS). These clamps are available in standard designs compatible with both thin-film (framed and unframed) and polycrystalline solar modules, or can be customized to meet specific customer requirements.

Machineries

Fortune’s manufacturing facility for solar module mounting structures is at their Raipur plant, which is spread across 80 acres of land and houses one of India’s largest galvanizing unit with a capacity of 8000 tons per month. Skipper’s Solar Structures unit will be one of the most modern and sophisticated plant using state of the art machines to produce Module Mounting structures. This new unit will feature following types of machinery:

  • Fully Automatic C-purlin roll forming line capable for rolling of 5mm thick HR coil with pre-punching.
  • C-purlin roll forming line with pre-punching option capable of producing various section profiles such as ‘C’, ‘Z’, ‘sigma’ etc.
  • Press brake capable of forming HR sheets up to 6 mm thick for use in columns of MMS
  • Multiple nos. ‘C’ type punching presses for offline punching of various sections such as columns, purlins etc.
  • Automatic CTL machine for processing sheets and coils as per requirement of press brake.
  • Automatic Slitting line for 0.8 to 6 mm Coil slitting.
  • Multiple EOT cranes for seamless material handling of both raw material and finished goods.
  • Multiple hot-dip galvanizing units with a production capacity of 1 lacs MTPA capable of galvanizing these structures with a required coating.
